- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in the oil and sugar until combined.
- Crack in the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
For best sweetness, use overripe bananas. You can optionally fold in chopped walnuts or pecans.
