- 1 cup Unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and combine until dough-like.
- Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, swap Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Experiment with herbs and spices for added flavor.
