A delicious, guilt-free yogurt bread recipe that’s low in carbs and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and combine until dough-like.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, swap Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Experiment with herbs and spices for added flavor.
