Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
- Stir continuously with a whisk until the mixture turns smooth and the chocolate is fully melted. Be sure not to allow the mixture to come to a boil.
- Once smooth, remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Allow the sauce to cool slightly before using it to drizzle over your favorite coffee, desserts, or hot chocolate.
- This White Chocolate Mocha Sauce becomes thicker as it cools. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week and reheat gently before serving.
Notes
Try experimenting with non-dairy options by using vegan white chocolate chips or adding flavor variations like cinnamon or peppermint extract.
