Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz Feta cheese
- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1–2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 small Garlic clove (optional)
- 3 tbsp Honey, warmed
- 1/4 cup Pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper (optional)
- Pinch of Chili flakes or za’atar (optional)
- For serving: Crusty bread, pita, or crackers
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, softened cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic (if using). Blend until smooth and fluffy.
- Lightly toast the pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
- Once blended, spread the whipped feta onto your serving plate. Drizzle warmed honey over the top, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dried cranberries. Optionally add black pepper or chili flakes. Serve immediately with crusty bread, pita, or crackers for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter option, low-fat cream cheese can be used. You can also substitute honey with balsamic reduction for a different flavor profile.
