Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup of rolled oats with 4 cups of water in your blender.
  2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract, any sweetener you desire, and a pinch of salt. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate.

Notes
