Instructions
- Bring the water to a gentle boil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the black tea bags and let steep for about five minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Cook over gentle heat without letting it boil.
- Pour into mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
Notes
Feel free to substitute regular milk with almond milk or oat milk for a dairy-free option. You can also adapt the spices to your liking, trying pumpkin spice or nutmeg for a unique flavor.
