- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the browned butter and press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar, mixing well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and vanilla bean paste, followed by sour cream and flour. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Let cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for an hour before refrigerating.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, or fresh berries for serving.
