Indulge in this sweet and creamy Valentine’s Day Sugar Cookie Fudge, perfect for celebrating love with colorful holiday sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 3-4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Set your double boiler over medium heat. Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (about 5 to 7 minutes).
  2. Stir in the pure vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles, then remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
  3. Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and grease it. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and top with the remaining sprinkles. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until set.
  4. Once set, remove from the dish using parchment paper and cut into squares. Melt almond bark or additional white chocolate and drizzle over fudge pieces.

Notes

Consider using gluten-free cookie mix for a dietary option. This fudge can also be adapted with various flavors!
