- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
- 3-4 ounces almond bark or white chocolate
Instructions
- Set your double boiler over medium heat. Add the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Stir in the pure vanilla extract and half of the holiday sprinkles, then remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
- Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and grease it. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and top with the remaining sprinkles. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until set.
- Once set, remove from the dish using parchment paper and cut into squares. Melt almond bark or additional white chocolate and drizzle over fudge pieces.
Notes
Consider using gluten-free cookie mix for a dietary option. This fudge can also be adapted with various flavors!
