Instructions
- Mix red velvet cake crumbs with cream cheese frosting until combined and uniform.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, roll in cocoa powder or sprinkles, and allow to firm up for about an hour.
