Instructions

  1. Mix red velvet cake crumbs with cream cheese frosting until combined and uniform.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, roll in cocoa powder or sprinkles, and allow to firm up for about an hour.
