  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, melted dark chocolate, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Lay a single layer of ladyfinger cookies at the bottom of your serving dish. Optional: briefly dip the ladyfingers in a hot water and sugar mix for a softer texture.
  3. Spread half of the chocolate mixture evenly over the ladyfinger layer, then repeat with another layer of ladyfingers followed by the remaining chocolate mixture.
  4. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least four hours or until set. Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries.
