Ingredients

  • 1½ cups dark chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces white chocolate baking bars (3 x 4-ounce)
  • ¾ cup pink candy melts
  • ¼ cup Valentine’s Day candy
  • 2 tablespoons Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a half-sheet baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate chips for 30 seconds, stirring well, then continue heating in 15-20 second increments until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even, thin layer. Let it set for about 10 minutes.
  4. Break the white chocolate bars into a separate bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Do the same for the pink candy melts in another bowl.
  5. Once the dark chocolate has started to harden, pour the melted white chocolate over it and quickly spread. Drizzle the melted pink candy melts over the white chocolate.
  6. Use a toothpick to swirl through the pink and white layers gently.
  7. Sprinkle Valentine’s Day candy and sprinkles over the top while the chocolate is still warm.
  8. Cool for about 30 minutes until completely hardened, then break or cut into pieces and serve.
