Instructions
- Boil the water in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
- Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat and quickly stir in the taro powder until fully dissolved and there are no lumps.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly before proceeding.
- In a glass, combine the taro mixture with the sweet condensed milk and stir until well incorporated.
- Serve over ice cubes for a refreshing treat.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk as a base. Serve in festive glasses and garnish with edible flowers for special occasions.
