Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash your baked sweet potatoes until completely smooth.
- Add in sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake the pie for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow your pie to cool before serving.
