Ingredients
- Sliced pie crust
- Diced apple
- Granulated sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Melted butter
- Beaten egg
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the diced apples with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each square and fold the edges over to seal.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter and egg wash.
- Place the bombs in the air fryer basket without touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for perfectly cooked bombs.
