- 1 cup creamy Plain Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup fresh Blueberries
- 5 drops liquid stevia sweetener
Instructions
- Combine the creamy Greek yogurt with the sweet liquid stevia sweetener until smooth.
- Add a layer of the sweetened yogurt to the bottom of a tall glass.
- Layer in fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt.
- Repeat layers of yogurt and berries until the top is reached, finishing with blueberries.
Notes
Layer with your favorite nuts for added crunch. Use different berries based on seasonality.
