Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the creamy peanut butter, sugar substitute, and egg in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Flatten each cookie slightly using the back of a fork to create a crisscross pattern on top.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Do not overbake for optimal texture. Use natural almond butter instead of peanut butter for a variation.
