These Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies are the ultimate guilt-free treat made with just three ingredients for a rich, nutty flavor without the added sugars.

  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 12 cookies 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the creamy peanut butter, sugar substitute, and egg in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  4. Flatten each cookie slightly using the back of a fork to create a crisscross pattern on top.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Do not overbake for optimal texture. Use natural almond butter instead of peanut butter for a variation.
