Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee briefly, ensuring they do not soak.
  3. Layer the dipped ladyfingers evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and strawberries.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder for an enticing finish.
  7. Refrigerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
