Bite-sized delights bursting with strawberry flavor and creamy goodness, perfect for sharing.

  • Total Time: 120 minutes
  • Yield: 24 truffles 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup vanilla cake mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and puree your strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Combine the pureed strawberries with heavy cream, vanilla cake mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for about 30 minutes until firm enough to shape.
  4. Form the chilled mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the truffles for about 1 hour to hold their shape.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and roll in graham cracker crumbs before setting them back on the baking sheet to harden.

Notes

Chill the mixture to ensure easy handling. Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
