- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a teaspoon of softened cream cheese and a teaspoon of strawberry jam in the center of each square, then fold the corners to the center and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
Notes
