- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1 cup milk or non-dairy substitute
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)

Instructions
- Wash your fresh strawberries thoroughly. Remove the green tops and slice them into halves or quarters.
- Combine the sliced strawberries with the honey and 1/2 cup of milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into two glasses over ice, filling each about halfway.
- Add matcha powder and the remaining milk to the blender. Blend until well combined.
- Gently pour the matcha and milk mixture over the strawberry blend in each glass.
Notes
Use chilled strawberries for a refreshing twist; almond milk is a great alternative to keep it dairy-free.
