Instructions

  1. Wash your fresh strawberries thoroughly. Remove the green tops and slice them into halves or quarters.
  2. Combine the sliced strawberries with the honey and 1/2 cup of milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the strawberry mixture into two glasses over ice, filling each about halfway.
  4. Add matcha powder and the remaining milk to the blender. Blend until well combined.
  5. Gently pour the matcha and milk mixture over the strawberry blend in each glass.
