- Fresh strawberries for topping, as needed
Instructions
- Mix the milk and chia seeds together in a bowl and let sit for about 30 minutes until it thickens.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, pureed strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in another bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Layer the chia pudding and cheesecake mixture in serving glasses for a beautiful presentation.
- Top with crushed graham crackers and fresh strawberries before serving.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before enjoying.
