- 2 shots of espresso
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 cup milk (or almond/oat milk)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients including honey, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, salt, espresso, ice cubes, and milk.
- Measure and combine the honey, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, and salt in an espresso cup.
- Pull a double shot of espresso over the honey mixture, allowing the heat to dissolve the components.
- Add the ice cubes into a shaker with the espresso mixture and shake well until combined.
- Fill a 25 oz glass with ice and pour in the milk, then top it with the espresso mixture. Stir gently and enjoy!
Notes
Shake until well mixed for the best flavor. For a dairy-free version, feel free to substitute with almond or oat milk.
