A delightful mix of sweet and salty, this salted honey vanilla latte is perfect for brunch or a cozy afternoon treat.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk (or almond/oat milk)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients including honey, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, salt, espresso, ice cubes, and milk.
  2. Measure and combine the honey, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, and salt in an espresso cup.
  3. Pull a double shot of espresso over the honey mixture, allowing the heat to dissolve the components.
  4. Add the ice cubes into a shaker with the espresso mixture and shake well until combined.
  5. Fill a 25 oz glass with ice and pour in the milk, then top it with the espresso mixture. Stir gently and enjoy!

Notes

Shake until well mixed for the best flavor. For a dairy-free version, feel free to substitute with almond or oat milk.
