Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar completely dissolves and the mixture is heated through, but not boiling.
- Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely before transferring it to a sealed glass bottle or container. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Shake well before each use.
Notes
For a lighter creamer, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream, or use almond milk for a dairy-free version. Feel free to add flavors like cinnamon or cocoa for a twist.
