Ingredients
- Raspberries, to taste
- Ice, as needed
- Milk of choice, as needed
- Double shot of espresso, 1
- Sugar, 10 g
- Frothed milk, 80 ml
Instructions
- Add fresh raspberries to your glass and gently mash them until you get a nice puree.
- Fill the glass with ice, packing it in well.
- Pour in your milk of choice, filling the glass about 3/4 of the way. Add in a double shot of freshly brewed espresso and stir gently. For the final touch, froth 80 ml of milk with 10 g of sugar and spoon the foam on top of your drink.
Notes
For a non-dairy option, almond or oat milk works well. Consider customizing the sweetness by using honey or a natural sweetener.
