Ingredients

  • Raspberries, to taste
  • Ice, as needed
  • Milk of choice, as needed
  • Double shot of espresso, 1
  • Sugar, 10 g
  • Frothed milk, 80 ml

Instructions

  1. Add fresh raspberries to your glass and gently mash them until you get a nice puree.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, packing it in well.
  3. Pour in your milk of choice, filling the glass about 3/4 of the way. Add in a double shot of freshly brewed espresso and stir gently. For the final touch, froth 80 ml of milk with 10 g of sugar and spoon the foam on top of your drink.

Notes
