- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Raffaello chocolates for garnish
- Optional: fresh fruit or chocolate sauce for topping
Instructions
- Start by mixing the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of your small dessert cups to form a solid base.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in your whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is combined. Spoon this mixture over the crusts in each dessert cup.
- Refrigerate your mini cups for at least 2 hours or until set. Before serving, add Raffaello chocolates on top for presentation.
Notes
For an extra crunch, you could add a pinch of salt to the graham cracker crust. Consider making these a day ahead to enhance their flavor.
