Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt using a whisk until the mixture is entirely smooth.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently to keep their shape while ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the peanut butter yogurt mixture into it, spreading it out evenly across the dish.
- Cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until completely firm.
- Once frozen, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut them into squares for serving.
Notes
Allow ample freezing time; use almond butter for nut allergies. Ensure to whisk vigorously for a creamy consistency and slice while cold for neat cuts.
