- 8 oz Feta cheese
- 6 sheets Phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (parsley, dill), chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix feta cheese with chili flakes, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out the phyllo dough sheets and cut them into strips.
- Place a small amount of the feta mixture at one end of each strip and carefully roll it up, brushing with olive oil to seal the edges.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with more olive oil to ensure a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with honey just before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Brush with olive oil for a golden crispiness. You can use ricotta for a creamier filling.
