  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Feta cheese
  • 6 sheets Phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (parsley, dill), chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix feta cheese with chili flakes, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Lay out the phyllo dough sheets and cut them into strips.
  4. Place a small amount of the feta mixture at one end of each strip and carefully roll it up, brushing with olive oil to seal the edges.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with more olive oil to ensure a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle with honey just before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Brush with olive oil for a golden crispiness. You can use ricotta for a creamier filling.
