Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 Black tea bags
  • 1 Large orange (juiced and zested)
  • 3 sprigs Fresh rosemary (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger
  • 2-3 tbsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Optional: Orange slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Remove the pot from heat and add the black tea bags, fresh rosemary, orange zest, and sliced ginger. Let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Cool slightly, strain out solids, then stir in freshly squeezed orange juice; refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with orange slices and rosemary if desired.

Notes

This iced tea can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Customize sweetness and add fruits like berries for variations.
