Instructions

- Gradually sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smooth the top, and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
