- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Mix together cream cheese, diced strawberries, rolled oats, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
These protein balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Feel free to customize with different fruits or use vegan cream cheese or Greek yogurt as substitutes.
