- 3 pitted Medjool Dates
- 1 cup Homemade Cashew Milk
- 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 large Frozen Banana
- 1 tablespoon Optional Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In your blender, combine the clean vanilla protein powder, Medjool dates, homemade cashew milk, natural peanut butter, and the frozen banana.
- Blend all the ingredients on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, normally, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- If desired, add maple syrup for additional sweetness and blend once more.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Feel free to customize with your favorite add-ins like chia seeds or cocoa powder. Pair with avocado toast or berries for a complete meal.
