Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Clean Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1 cup Homemade Cashew Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 large Frozen Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Optional Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. In your blender, combine the clean vanilla protein powder, Medjool dates, homemade cashew milk, natural peanut butter, and the frozen banana.
  2. Blend all the ingredients on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, normally, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  3. If desired, add maple syrup for additional sweetness and blend once more.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
