Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the lemon juice until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in mini cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with blueberry sauce and fresh blueberries before serving.
