Instructions
- Combine all-purpose flour, water, olive oil, and salt to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
- Place your desired filling on one half of the dough circle and fold it over, pressing the edges to seal.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each Gozleme for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, ideally with yogurt dip or salad.
