  • 2/3 – 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 8 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine thick cream, granulated sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until set and slightly golden on top.
  5. Allow to cool to room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy lemon delight!
