- 2/3 – 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 8 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine thick cream, granulated sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until set and slightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool to room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy lemon delight!
