Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

- Beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt before gradually adding to the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in the blueberries to ensure they are evenly distributed without breaking.
- In another bowl, mix oats and brown sugar to create the streusel topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the dish before cutting into bars for the best results.
