Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lavender Petals

Instructions

  1. Measure the sugar and water into a pot and place it over low heat. Stir to combine and dissolve.
  2. Once the sugar is fully dissolved, turn off the heat and stir in the lavender petals. Cover the pot and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. After steeping, strain the lavender petals from the syrup using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. The syrup is now ready to use!

Notes

Don’t over-steep it. Consider sweetener alternatives like honey or maple syrup.
