A refreshing beverage perfect for summer gatherings, featuring floral lavender notes, creamy oat milk, and sweet dragon fruit.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups creamy oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
  • 1 cup diced dragon fruit
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the creamy oat milk over low heat and add the dried lavender buds, allowing the flavors to meld together for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to let it boil.
  2. After the milk has steeped, strain out the lavender buds to leave you with a beautifully aromatic oat milk.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey or another sweetener to taste, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Prepare a glass by adding ice cubes, then pour the lavender oat milk over the ice, letting it chill further.
  5. Top the milk with diced dragon fruit, giving it a beautiful contrast of color. Garnish with a sprig of lavender for an extra touch of elegance.

Notes

Consume immediately for best freshness. Store leftovers in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
