Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups creamy oat milk
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
- 1 cup diced dragon fruit
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the creamy oat milk over low heat and add the dried lavender buds, allowing the flavors to meld together for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to let it boil.
- After the milk has steeped, strain out the lavender buds to leave you with a beautifully aromatic oat milk.
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey or another sweetener to taste, stirring until dissolved.
- Prepare a glass by adding ice cubes, then pour the lavender oat milk over the ice, letting it chill further.
- Top the milk with diced dragon fruit, giving it a beautiful contrast of color. Garnish with a sprig of lavender for an extra touch of elegance.
