A soothing beverage made from infused dried lavender and milk, perfect for relaxation or gatherings.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • Honey or sugar to taste
  • Optional: vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot or kettle. Once boiling, add the dried lavender and remove from heat, allowing it to steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat your milk in a separate pot until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Strain the lavender infusion into a pitcher or directly into your serving cups.
  4. Pour the warm milk into the lavender infusion, stirring gently. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, and a splash of vanilla extract if desired.
  5. Serve hot or let it cool and serve over ice.

Notes

Avoid boiling the milk to prevent curdling. Use filtered water for the best flavor.
