Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- Honey or sugar to taste
- Optional: vanilla extract
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot or kettle. Once boiling, add the dried lavender and remove from heat, allowing it to steep for about 5 minutes.
- Heat your milk in a separate pot until steaming but not boiling.
- Strain the lavender infusion into a pitcher or directly into your serving cups.
- Pour the warm milk into the lavender infusion, stirring gently. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, and a splash of vanilla extract if desired.
- Serve hot or let it cool and serve over ice.
Notes
Avoid boiling the milk to prevent curdling. Use filtered water for the best flavor.
