- 1 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Dried culinary lavender
- Ice, as needed
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let steep for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender syrup into a bowl, discarding the leftover flowers and allow it to cool slightly.
- Combine the cooled lavender syrup with 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water in a large pitcher. Stir until thoroughly mixed and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the Lavender Lemonade over the ice. Garnish each glass with a few slices of lemon.
Notes
Let the lavender steep longer for a stronger flavor. Use honey instead of sugar for natural sweetness.
