- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Brew your favorite coffee using a coffee maker or French press. Ensure it cools down completely before proceeding.
- In a small pot, combine honey and culinary lavender with a splash of water. Heat gently until the honey dissolves.
- Remove the pot from heat and let the lavender steep for about five minutes. Strain the syrup into a bowl, discarding the lavender buds.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the cooled brewed coffee and add the lavender honey syrup, stirring well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the milk or cream until it forms light, fluffy foam. Spoon this foam over the iced coffee mixture.
- Garnish with a drizzle of additional honey and a sprinkle of lavender before serving.
