- 1 cup Milk (whole or almond)
- 1 tablespoon Raw cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric root (peeled, finely grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat it over medium heat while preparing the other ingredients.
- Once the milk simmers, add cacao powder, honey, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. Whisk gently until well combined.
- Pour into your favorite mug, optionally adding coconut oil for creaminess, and garnish with more cinnamon or cacao powder. Sip slowly and enjoy.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use almond milk. For vegan, replace honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
