Instructions
- Start by brewing your chai tea. Place one chai tea bag in a cup of hot water and let it steep for about five minutes.
- While the tea is steeping, prepare the cherry cream cold foam by whipping the heavy cream until soft peaks form, and then gently fold in the cherry syrup.
- Once the chai tea is ready, combine it with the cherry juice or syrup in a glass. Add sweetener to taste, fill the glass with ice, and top with cherry cream cold foam.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut cream instead of heavy cream and any non-dairy milk. Experiment with spices like nutmeg or cardamom for added flavor.
