- 3 tsp dried culinary lavender
Instructions
- Combine the honey, water, and dried lavender in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low heat until bubbles form around the edges.
- Remove from heat and steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into an airtight jar.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Steep longer for a stronger flavor. Substitute agave syrup for a vegan option.
