- 1 cup Mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup Seeds
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup Dates (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, and chopped dates in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
