Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Prepare a plate or small baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
- Scoop the yogurt mixture onto the prepared surface, spacing them evenly, about one tablespoon each.
- Transfer the tray to the freezer, and allow the bites to freeze until solid for about 3-4 hours.
- Once solid, transfer the bites to an airtight container for easy grab-and-go snacks.
Notes
Freeze the bites until solid for best texture. Consider using almond butter for a nut-free alternative.
