- 2 ripe mashed bananas
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix together the mashed bananas, cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. You can substitute honey with agave syrup for a healthier option.
