Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool completely, then use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out brownie bites.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with warm chocolate sauce for an extra treat.
