Ingredients

  • ½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter or coconut oil, then press the mixture firmly into muffin liners.
  3. Blend yogurt, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crusts, filling them to about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for around 20 minutes, then cool completely and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
