Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
