Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, molasses, sugar, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves. Heat over medium heat while stirring occasionally until warm but not boiling.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature before pouring it into a sealed container. Store in the refrigerator, shaking well before each use.
